New site/forum preperations

I've been thinking a lot lately about how we should set up the new/final site. In the past I have been the only person who knew anything about web development and the forums were set up pretty haphazardly due to time restraints. But I think we finally have a group of guys that can put our heads together and blow the competition out of the water. I really like the forum structure Path has come up with, along with several other of his touches. I have also been informed glimmerman knows his shit. And I already know Meat can hang. So let's start the process here with a "Who's down to do this shit" thread, then we'll add a new section to the forum so we can start to discuss a game plan.

First things first. Who is willing to put some time in? And what skills are you bringin to the table so we can split the project up into sections? I want to do this one right and not have to switch/upgrade for a few years.. I personally have messed around with just about every forum CMS, also I have been continually learning actionscript 3 (flash) for the past few years and can come up with some pretty cool shit on my end. But as most people know running a site is just too much for one person. So let's start this project here...

I am ignorant in this field but can learn anything if one takes the time to show me thoroughly once.
